Completely newly renovated and very modern designer apartment with separate shower, toilet and bathtub. The bed is a spacious and very comfortable queen-size bed and there are organic towels and products to use. Also there are maps and books about where to go to in Tokyo. The couple owning the apartment is the sweetest young couple speaking fluently English and ready to help you with sightseeing and restaurant tips. Everything is kept very clean and you can really tell that the owners care about giving the people staying at the apartment the best experience. Richard also very generously and efficiently helped me with other travel matters before I even arrived in Japan when my lack of Japanese left me needing ..."some expert assistance. Tokhouse was comfortable, spotlessly clean and equipped with great thought and care. The location was excellent with easy access to trains and shops. It was not available so Makoto recommended this Nishi Ogikubo 2bdr apartment as an alternative and we w..."ere pleased he did. Apartment is in a Great location, 5 min walk from the train station, (surprisingly no train or traffic noise though) thru a great supermarket which has everything you could possibly want for your stay. Nishi is vibrant with lots of eating choices, or just self cater from the huge range available in the supermarket, and plenty to see and experience within easy walking distance. Train access to Tokyo and beyond is easy from Nishi Ogikubo.
