  "I stayed this hotel because I was completely sold to the idea of having my own onsen (hot spring) in my room. When I got to the hotel, I jumped straight into the onsen in my room and it was everything I needed. Until 3pm, water level control is in effect and you can't really have much water in the t..."ub (it may be a bit cold as onsen is outside). It becomes nagashi (water keeps running automatically without getting full) around 3pm ish, so I recommend that you get there around 3pm. Our package deal included dinner at the hotel restaurant. When we got there, the food was already on the table. I think that's how a lot of Japanese restaurants do in order to be ready and efficient, but it's a bit odd to see such way of serving. Food was ok but I can't say it was fantastic. Any event, I strongly recommend this hotel as it's worth the money if you like onsen.   "Stayed there two nights in April. Arrived about 11 am , and most hotels in japan Service was very gooddont have check in until 2 or 3, but for 2500yen. I could check in to my room as it was cleaned already.i needed a shower as I came off a marathon flight and arrived that day at Haneda Tokyo at 5 ..."30 am , got off the train. And took a cab.one of the best features of this hotel was comfy good sized bed and goodpillows, and an onsen on the roof that you can see Fujisan ..staff were friendly and helpful and courteous. I would stay there again next year when I return again..it's just around the corner from nampa dori, which is a bit seedy, but it is the country after all.   "We stayed at this hotel for 8 days while in Japan for a wedding. Our room was spacious and elegant, with every amenity imaginable. Beautifully quiet and serene. The breakfast buffet was included in the rate. It had a large selection of Japanese and western items, and the service was outstanding...." (It did get just a little boring after a week, as the selection never changed from day to day, but eggs cooked to order were also available.). The staff was friendly and helpful, though not particularly fluent in English; still, we got along just fine with a few gestures and repetitions.
