  "I was stuck in Daegu for just one night after a meeting and in need of a room. My business partner brought me here and was excusing himself all the time while on the way. I did not understood why. This place is NOT a hotel as usual. Its a love hotel with rooms made for two. Quick check-in, no pass..."port, no questions. Payment upfront. Some towels and amenities have been handed over. In the elevetor you can find several phone numbers if you dont wanna stay alone in that love hotel. Opening my roomdoor made me surprise. A huge room with a big big bar. Two flat screens, two computers, fridgte, hot and warm water, little mini bar. A bathroom with a tub for at least three persons and a rain shower. A bed with electronic adjustments. Over all a clean and surprising room for a business traveller. Wifi was for free and in a good quality. So I did not use the PCs in the room.   "I stay at the Novotel whenever I stay overnight in Daegu, and it is a very solid hotel - extremely convenient in its downtown location and just a 4,000 won taxi ride to the KTX station. It is great to just step outside and have lots of shopping and restaurants to choose from. The entrance to the u..."nderground shopping mall is right outside the front doors (down the stairs), and you can browse all the way to the CGV or Lotte Young Plaza. There is also a Family Mart right next door or a 7-11 in the underground mall for last-minute necessities or snacks. There is a fun pedestrian-only street about 10 minutes away by foot. The rooms are also spacious, comfortable, and stylishly appointed, with birds-eye views of Daegu. Rates are very affordable for this class of hotel. There is no pool, but there is a gym and Korean-style spa. Breakfast is fine, but maybe a little expensive unless if not included in your room rate.
