  "We arrived in the middle of Monday night by the high speed train from Beijing. We checked into the Presidential Suite on 23rd. This huge and beautifully decorated room by far exceeded our expectations. Service was excellent as always. We have been here many times during the year and found impecc..."able service. Normally the Bose system is hooked up to the TV system in other rooms. However in the Presidential Suite, it is an independent system. Nothing wrong. We found the system was not working properly so we asked the staffs to fix it. Perhaps an instruction manual for the curtain remote controllers / TV / Bose system would be helpful to other guests. At night, the view was spectacular, overlooking the golf course and SJW skyline. We will definitely be back! Thanks to all the staffs. " More >
