  "I went to Bratislava for a wedding and my friend and I booked hotel falkensteiner for 3 nights because it was close to the church but last minute I decided to go one day earlier and found a great price for Park Inn. If I knew how close those hotels were I would had stayed the entire time at Park inn...". It was cheaper and overall better. What made my stay most enjoyable: The room is a bit old style but was clean and spacious. I ordered dinner at my room and it was fast, fair priced and delicious. The staff at the reception was helpful and they have free wi-fi around the lobby area. It is just in front of few nice restaurants and bars, in front of the river and very close to castle and all old town. There is a supermarket also nearby. The pool and Jacuzzi were very clean and quite impressive to have this for the price I got. I also paid for a 90 min massage with Anna and I loved it!   "The Hotel is on the waterfront of the Danube (but only a few of the rooms are looking out to the Danube! If you want that view you need to order it) On one side you have the castle and on the other (or behind the hotel) you got the historical center of Bratislava with the little shopping streets and..." some of the more expensive designer stores. So you´re in the middle of the sights and the Danube, also some of the shopping centers are in walking distance (a very nice one along the Danube in opposite direction from the castle). From the train station it takes about 40min (walking slowly, taking pictures and getting an Orientation). We had a room on the third floor – well it was Standard and I did not expect much, but it was big enough for two, with 2 beds (you can choose when you book), A big wardrobe, a Table, Flat screen (didn´t work but we didn´t need it anyway).
