  "We (my wife and 2 1/2 year old son) stayed at the Old Woolstore for 4 nights in mid May 2013. We had a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was clean and spacious and had everything we needed (full kitchen, laundry, two toilets). we had a slight hiccup with the air conditioning which was an issue on t..."hose cold Hobart days and night, but was resolved quickly. My only gripe about the hotel is specific to our apartment (room 109). It's on the ground floor and the windows for the bedroom and lounge faced public ally accessed areas which meant that the curtains had to be drawn during the day, meaning it was dark and that we had to always use the lights. The hotel is very central to most CBD facilities (wharf, Salamanca etc). There is a city Woolworths within a 5 minute walk of the hotel. All in all, a good, clean, convenient and well serviced hotel. Apart from being picky about the location of room 109, we would stay again when in Hobart. " More >
