Also organised a hackney in to town & gave good advice on the popular bars in town. Had food..." & drinks in the bar which again was served to us by friendly & efficient staff . Over all I could not fault this hotel - we were made to feel welcome from start to finish and would definitely return again or recommend this hotel - also nice to be served by Irish staff in an Irish hotel for a change. We therefore arrived at Mount Falcon in a sweaty, panicked state and we actually missed the 'SURPRISE!' bit which is very frustrating. Regardless, the facilities and fun at Mount Falcon soon made up for the initial disappointment. The room was beautiful with big, comfy beds and the bathroom was very luxurious. If I had spent some more time at the hotel I would have gone for a walk around the area which was spacious and green.
