The most impressive part about this hotel is the staff. Although all of them were very helpful and accommodating, Thomas and Laura at the front desk deserve to be singled out for high praise. They were so nice to us that we actually felt reluctant to leave after our stay. Thomas even ordered freshly baked empanadas for us from a local takeout and gave us tea and coffee in our room. As stated previously, this isnt a concrete monster hotel that thrives on it's close proximity to the International airport of Buenos Aires, but rather a very friendly and family-type hotel that makes its guests..." feel like people rather than commodities, as is generally the case at Airport Hotels. Both rooms that I experienced were so spacious that I felt lost in them, the bathrooms were very clean and with so much room. The staff were ever so friendly and accomodating, and went out of their way to assist with checking plane departures, arranging transfers, suggesting where to eat and having a good chat about things in general! A free taxi from the hotel to the airport is winner, mine being at 5.00am for my departure back to Australia.
