We were also able to arrange a cot bed and a high chair for a minimal additional cost, so all in all it was just what we needed. She was a real life saver for us when we encountered a dead car battery the morning that we wanted to visit Le Teich. She contacted Avis for us several times trying to get someone to come out to the hotel and help us. Her English is excellent, so it was very easy for us to communicate our problem with her and thus she was able to speak with Avis.
