Book in was okay, though with only one member of staff, I appreciate it could be a bit of a long wait with more visitors. We didn't book in until 4pm. Admittedly the annexe wasn't inspiring from the outside but the rooms (ours was room 144 on the end) were very good facing over lawns complete with rabbits. Yes the rooms are small, walk sideways and wait until one of you is in the room before the other can enter but it was more than adequate, very clean.
