However, the spa disappointed me again. Firstly, the pool area was packed. There was just enough seats for everyone, but a few people did have to put towels on the floor. I know it was a Saturday and probably the busiest day of the week, but it felt 'too' busy, and the noise from conversaton was really loud - far from a calming sanctuary! When i did get into the pool it was freezing! I don't really like pools that are too warm, but this was literally like cold water. 3 lengths and i couldn't handle it any more. Particularly, for those guests not wanting a cooked meal. This is a four star hotel and the food provided at breakfast time should reflect this. Management need to consider increasing the breakfast budget and offer better quality and more variety.
