  "I have just got back from a fantastic week staying at The Skiathos Palace Hotel. From the moment we arrived at The Skiathos Palace without exception all staff could not do enough for us. On arrival we were given a free upgrade to a 'modern' room, this room was clean, spacious and comfortable, we had a fantastic view of the beach and sea. Absolutely no complaints about the food, it was varied, fresh and delicious. The hotel lay on a shuttle to Skiathos Town, which incidently needs to be explored in both day time and evening as it has a completely different feel. The local bus runs regularly and you soon get to know the route into town seeing as it is one road, the whole way into town you get a fantastic and varied views of different parts of the coast.
