All the towels and linen were of highest standard and the double bed very comfortable. The hotel features vaulted cream-coloured stone ceilings. Breakfasts were very adequate and varied. The hotel is a short walk (500 metres) to the main Trenitalia Taranto train station. Also at this station on the right hand side, are 2 short platforms for the FSE train that serves small towns in the hinterland of the peninsula. Refer to Internet for timetables and routes.
