I had the roast beef and my wife chose the salmon. Two very generous slices of beef, with yorkshire pudding, roast and boiled potatoes and carrots, brocolli and cauliflower. Beautifully prepared and served. The salmon was again a generous helping perfectly cooked and served with the same vegetables.   "I went for the Sunday lunch as was told it was very good. I wasent too happy with mine as the beef was under cooked for me. I seen the young chef and didn't look the cleanest of person but I had heard stuff about him before. It's a shame as the hotel was very good in till February"

  "We just got married at Kincraig Castle Hotel on 29/04/13. All we can say is what a perfect venue it was. We were looking for an intimate venue for our party of 12 and it was perfect. We stayed over on the Sunday evening and had a meal in the Bar with a relaxing evening in the lounge sampling a few ..."of the fine whiskeys - Dalmore recommended! The food was delicious and the staff attentive and friendly at all times. The day of the Wedding started with a delicious and beautifully presented full Scottish breakfast, plenty of coffee and toast with fantastic views of the Cromarty Firth and lanscaped gardens. Breakfast for the Bride was served in the room, we took the Castle rooms and room 21 on the middle floor and two rooms on the upper floor all of which are lovely rooms with gorgeous views.
