  "My wife and I were looking for somewhere away from our busy every day lives, and Jennys Cottage most certainly ticked all our boxes - We were greeted by Nigel on our arrival, and we were reasured that if we needed anything just to give him a call or ask anyone on the farm. When we got into our very ..."very cosy cottage, it was immaculate, attention to detail was amazing. There were fresh eggs on the kitchen top as a welcome, and a very comfortable sofa and bed, we thought we would try the local chip shop in the village, which was in a very sweet little listed building, and couldnt fault the staff and especially the food. When we got back to the cottage, we lit the fire and sat back- very very relaxing listening to the crackling of the wood on the fire and being warm and cosy. I couldnt reccomend this cottage, the farm, Nigel and his very welcoming and friendly family enough.   "My partner and I stayed in the Pepperpot cottage at Rushop Hall for two nights with breakfast included. The cottage is so cute and a perfect size for two people. It was nice and toasty with central heating and a wood burning stove and had everything you need for a short break. If we were staying ..."for longer we would probably have needed a larger cottage with a full kitchen but the kitchenette was fine for cups of tea and preparing lunch. The location is amazing, right on the Pennine Bridleway and perfect for walking the peaks. You feel like you are in the middle of nowhere but it is only a short drive to the nearest town. The breakfast was so good we ate far too much! Good choice of cereal and fruit followed by a wonderful cooked breakfast and lots of tea and coffee.
