  "While on business charging around Kent I found myself at this hotel, as per normal it is value and comfortable. A standard clean, budget stay. The views from the roomy open bar/restaurant area was pleasant and green. The Staff of mixed nationalities were fantastic and so helpful. Drinks are dear, but that is how budget hotels make their money, fear not as 1 mile down the road is The Opera House, great food and drinks at silly cheap prices, it is a stunningly beautiful building inside. The Staff are fantastic. Taxis can be found outside reception most of the time, if not the rank is 1 mile away and can be there in 5 minutes. " More >

This is a lovely guesthouse: the moment you drive through the gate you are welcomed by a well-cared garden and then when you walk in, your ..."eyes are greeted by elegant decor, your feet enjoy plush carpets and you can even tuck into a sweet on the way up the stairs if you fancy one! Rooms are tastefully appointed with extra complimentary touches one would expect in an upmarket hotel (which is just as well as we did forget the shaver busy charging at home and my emery board had vanished somewhere else!). Superb breakfast - loved the granary homemade bread and my only complaint was that I never had enough capacity to finish it with some homemade jam!
