  "We ended up staying for a week here, purely because it is so relaxing and the family that own it are so nice. I made the booking direct with their website, no problems and they were expecting me. They will pick you up from the bus stop in Ben Nahin (go to the shop opposite where the bus drops you ..."off). The phone call is free, the collection is free, and they will drop you back off when you leave and also take you to town and back any day you want to go (all for free). The resort is about 4kms from town, a couple of the rooms overlook the river, I think it is about 130,000 kip a night ($16) without breakfast, or $25 for 2 people with breakfast. of course you can just order what you want a la carte from the menu anyway. Also, the prices at the restaurant ( a lovely wooden building overlooking the river) are competetive with places in town, the food is good and there is always cold Beerlao..... Beautiful resort, great location, excellent food and the owner, mr Vongsamay, his family and staff made our 3 day stay here perfect! It is a good base for cycling and hiking to a nearby waterfall, and for visiting the Konglor c..."ave. Mr Vongsamay's wife arranged local transportation to the cave and she brought us to the Pick up place, and arranged that the song tjouw driver dropped us off at the resort on our way back.   "Amazing food in the restaurant and beautiful quiet bungalows"
  "We stayed 2 nights in the Resort but we could have stayed there even a week if we had more time. We got a bungalow in the first line along Mekong river, therefore we had a beautiful view at any time of a day. We've been travelling for a couple of months and that was definitely the most beautiful ..."place we've stayed so far. The resort is located at Mekong river. Bungalows are spotlessly clean, with air/co and TV plus a mosquito net. They are furnished with taste. Food in the restaurant is amazing. They serve many western European specialities - try a stake with vegetables or a steamed fish with lime sauce. Also you can drink as much tea or coffee as you like for free. We paid 130 000 kip per night, which is a v.good price considering its standard. The owner and staff are really nice, friendly and helpful. From the Resort to the Konglor cave it is 39 km but make sure you turn left from the resort, not right to the village. " More >
