  "I stayed in the hotel for 2 days on 25th & 26th Dec, 2011. The room was good. But hot water was not coming. When the hotel staff was informed, they immediately arranged for hot water. Room service is available. However, beverages gets cold by the time it reaches the room. The hotel is very near to railway station and bus stand and has many facilities including travel desk, lift, a/c & non-a/c rooms, room service, laundry service etc. However, it would be helpful if some menu card and telephone numbers of services offered are displayed in every room for the visitors.
