  "I stayed at this hotel for two nights in June and really enjoyed it. It was definitely the quietest hotel I've stayed at. We did request a quiet room and they put us on the 7th floor at the end of the hall so perhaps that helped and I didn't hear a sound the entire stay and was surprised to leave ..."my room on the first morning and see how many rooms had newspapers outside the doors because I assumed we must be the only ones staying on that floor. I even napped around suppertime with no trouble. The staff were helpful, returning money the vending machine ate eventhough they likely don't own the machines so they could easily have turned us away. Breakfast was good and once again comfortable with plenty of space to spread out and attractive furnishings. The elevator was super fast and I liked how the key cards were the touch kind instead of the swipe, they're easier to use. The room service man as well (don't know his name) but it is all about the little details and this hotels staff covers those bases- the hotel itself is in the best location for downtown Saint John and it is the nicest hotel in Saint John (we have stayed at them all) The price is better then most of the surrounding hotels, and what you get for your money far exceeds what you expect.
