  "Disappointing for the price. We did the all-inclusive. We paid for an ocean view room and got the tops of the other buildings with the ocean in the background. They did upgrade us the next day and that was great. The rooms were kind of run down, again for the price....The grounds were beautiful and..." the gym was nice. There was quite a wait for the shuttle and the staff (except the housekeeping staff) were put out in helping with bags, accomodations for getting around, getting taxis, arranging for trips, etc. The activities were limited, (we were there May 10-15). Couldn't get into the spa because they book people from the island and the wait was 3 days. The food in the restaurants was like eating at a Denny's except for the one fine dining restaurant which was excellent. We did enjoy our stay overall, just disappointed for the price. " More >

The term we heard from everyone was " My Pleasure" whatever we asked they answered with that simple expression and meant it. A. Bottle of wine exploded in my husbands..." suitcase and Christine worked on his clothes and did her best to get them out....our kind cleaning woman Francine brought us fresh flowers for our anniversary....the couples massage with Jill was unbelievable....she saw us at a restaurant off property and sent over an appetizer....we had a waiter Andrekas who found out my son was allergic to dark rum and he sent over the drink of the day minus the rum...our waitress Marie knew I couldn't decide between the salad and watermelon and she brought me some on the side...those were the names I can remember but I can share with you the customer service was felt by every single person we encountered!   "After reading reviews we where a little worried, in fact the first room we checked into was actually under construction but that was the worst, it only got better because the room we moved into was great. We had to split our stay since all days were not available and on return we again got a great ..."room on our second check-in. Although advertised the first room did not contain a flat screen tv, I only mentioned that because we overheard another guest complaining about it and both my wife and I wondered why you would go to this location and be still consumed with a stupid tv. From spending a night elsewhere and then returning we realized just how much of a deal this place is, well, for us, I should mention that it was a timeshare exchange but the grounds and units (the updated ones) were better looking than a lot of places we looked that would have cost more.
