  "There are not enough words to describe how wonderful this place is. The moment you walk into the registration area, you are met by a smiling, friendly face. The entire place is very clean and peaceful. We stayed in the Cedar building, per recommendation of the owner. All I can say is WOW. The r..."oom is very large, comfortable, clean and beautiful. The room has a large balcony which we spent alot of time on enjoying the spectacular views. There is a coffeemaker, fridge and large screen TV in the room. There is also a second sink and vanity area in the room which was great when two people were getting ready. The king size bed we had was very comfortable, with equally as comfortable pillows. The TV was a large flatscreen with a very large variety of channels. There is not one thing I would change in this room. Friends of ours stayed in a room in the Pineview building. We especially liked that all activities, such as kayaking, mini-golf, tennis and paddle boats are all included in the price. The grounds are beautiful, the breakfast is nice and the staff is friendly and helpful. The owners are very much invested in the quality of your experience and you can tell they care.   "I went here with a kayaking club. The entrance is a long dirt road, through a small pine forest. The pool, hot tub, rooms, grounds all appear to have been updated and seemed in fresh order. The pros: peaceful, serene ambiance; rooms have new paint and linens seem pretty new; the grounds are well groomed, staff helpful and always friendly. Heated pool and spa clean. The cons: the breakfast is a buffet. While some of the fruit was fresh, much was canned. While I can't rave about a buffet breakfast, it was adequate and plentiful. Hot water for bathing ran out several times over the course of a couple days. " More >
