  "Villa dei Leoni is a perfect place to spend your holidays as a family. We arrived after a very long trip (plane and car for nearly 12 hours!). Francesca and her father were there to greet us, and show us round the apartment. The apartment was simple and clean and in good repair. Fairly quiet are..."a, just a few minutes walk from the beach and 'the place' (where everyone congregates late evening). There is a mini market, a few minutes walk away, for stocking up on supplies. There were a couple of fans provided for air conditioning - absolutely necessary, because it was so hot! We had a problem with one of the fans halfway through the week, and it was replaced immediately - the family could not have been nicer or more helpful. The pool was lovely - the only problem was getting the children out of it! We ate out at the family restaurant a few times too - very good value for money, and fabulous food. Only thing I would recommend, if you are considering a trip to this region... " More >

  "The hotel is located on the slope of the mountain; near the sea shore. Its outside walls are nicely painted with “fruity” warm colors. It has a modern decor with bright colors, it has a nice and big lobby and rooms facing the sea view with terraces. The room is big and clean, it was repainted befor..."e the beginning of the season but the terrace was probably forgotten, since it was still dirty. The bed is wide but it was too firm for our taste, so our sleeping quality was quiet poor. The bath room was good, it has a bidet, and a shower; (some other rooms had a bath). The water pressure was medium, typical in Sicily. The TV and safe are small; there is a small empty refrigerator, no minibar and no complementary tea and coffee in the room. Breakfast was good, similar to other 4 stars hotel we were at Sicily, but once we came a bit late and many things were already finished, not very professional.
