The food served is cold, When requested for more plain rice - the answer was they don't have any left. The breakfast buffet is good, but there is no toaster, the water was served in small tank which is filthy. I don't think that good hotels do that...they need to post or have more people in resturant working and catering to guests. One thing I noticed that when requested to clean the table. One of the resturant worker came with cloth and just instead of collecting all the left overs in to a collector he threw them on sides of table and made us sit.   "Reservation on april 17th night i mailed and then called seagate to make my reservation. i asked for ac room and they told that ac double room is 2900 for my stay on may 15th. i was shocked and told that last year it was only 1600 when i stayed but he told sorry and disconnected the phone. so i ..."was planning for other options to stay. next morning i got call from ms.kayathre saying that we have got mail from you for staying in our hotel. i told i spoke to one of your front office person last night and they told 2900 is our rate but my budget was only 1600 so i am planning for other hotel. she immediately told we have 2 hotels in the name of seagate one is hotel and another is resorts and she also told in hotel the rent is only 1900 with breakfast and 1750 without breakfast. she spoke in such a way so that i should make the reservation. i was really very happy with her talk and finally choose this hotel just for the way she spoke.
