  "A japanese relative booked a room for me at this hotel. I have stayed in Tokyo many times but had never visited Bunkyo. From the nearest tube station the directions to the hotel were a bit confusing, but as the locals are always very helpful we managed to find the hotel without any trouble. The hote..."l is very grand and charming and the rooms are amazing with lovely L'Occitane products! I would highly reccomend a walk around the gardens, they are absolutely immaculate and beautiful. They even have staff hand picking weeds out of the lawn! We also experienced the afternoon tea which was very delightful. Breakfast was a little disappointing, with very limited choice and very small portions, but overall it definately felt like a 5 star experince! " More >

It takes a minute to set up and works great... if you are lucky to get one, it would seem demand at times is bigger than availability. Second, it's a bit of a walk to major public transportation. On the upside, the location is extremely quiet and you'll sure appreciate it if traveling from afar and fighting that jet lag.
