Their organisational skills were remarkable and they really did go out of their way to ensure that everyone had a truly memorable holiday. Although it sounds like a bit of a cliche they made us feel more like friends than paying guests.   "My friend Kristine and I had been looking forward to our Spanish holiday in the mountains for months. We both love walking holidays, exploring new and interesting places and this certainly didn't disappoint. We were made to feel very welcome at Casa Carrascal and soon settled into our lovely accommo..."dation at the top of the house. There were eight guests altogether,from various countries and walks of life and we got along splendidly, Dave and Sue were fantastic hosts, they took us on some fabulous walks, often quite challenging,especially in the heat, but always attentive to our needs and very kind and patient. The two lovely dogs, Charlie and Elli came with us on some of the walks.The views were Amazing and we took lots of photos of the scenery,wild flowers,butterflies and each other. In the evening we sat round the dining table and enjoyed a delicious meal cooked by Dave and a glass or two of wine, with much fun and laughter. Thank you Dave and Sue for a wonderful week.
