The only thing that we would like to see changed is to have the pool open longer. It closed and 9pm and it would be great if it would be open to midnight or so. We did the Red Level, and I highly recommend the upgrade. We love peace and quiet, so having access to the adult only pool was really nice (it's not really adult only though, they allow 10 yrs and up - but the few kids that were there were so quiet and respectful, it really didn't matter). The main pool did seem to be frequently busy and bustling, so we kept to the Red Level pool. There are hammocks on the beach and bali beds (they looked pretty damn clean too) at the pools.   "Just returned from a 8 day family vacation. The children loved the pool and the beach as did the adults! The property was beautiful and well kept. Had a very nice and clean room. The staff was friendly. All in all a great trip! Especially if you have children I highly recommend bringing water, non ..."alcoholic drinks, and snacks to the facially because non alcoholic drinks cost us $5 and it adds up fast. The restaurants serve really good food but it is really pricey. We had trouble eating a meal for less than $100 (2 adults, 2 children) in the hotel restaurants. Be sure and get a rental car with a GPS in advance at the airport because it is a big island and the tours are way expensive if you do not drive yourself around. Not having to pay a taxi to and from the hotel will take care a large chunk of your rental car cost but be prepared as the hotel charged us $15/day to park the rental car.
