We had some issues with the charges for the hotel when we made our reservation. It took a lot of work to get the charges corrected. The staff were very pleasant and professional. The rooms were roomy, clean and well appointed. The breakfast was buffet style and had a wonderful selection. It was monitored closely and replenished promptly as necessary. More

We chose this hotel as appeared to offer better value than hotels in Konstance or NE Switzerland (Schaffaussen etc.) and glad we did.
