Excellent situation on the south bank of the River Gambia, and excellent for birdwatching, but everything else - food, staff, rooms - is mediocre. Not a place to linger - one night was more than enough. it would have helped if the staff had been even the smallest bit welcoming, but they weren't.. More

For anyone reading the other reviews please bear in mind you are in a tiny village 3 hours from the capital city in a particularly poor African country!
