The hotel was very nice and smelled old (which it is). I proposed on a hot air balloon which launched off their front lawn. I really appreciated the service that we received. We stayed in the upper floors of one of the side buildings. Wifi access in the common areas was spotty. The restaurant had a nice view of the gardens but was disappointing. The staff was very nice. The grounds were inviting but it rained while we were there.
