Stayed here for 5 nights. Very average facilities, the whole place is in need of an upgrade. The reception staff were really lovely, very helpful and kind. Gallerate has several great restaurants and bars. Fantastic Art Deco-style café, and perfumery in the centre. Local people are very hospitable. More

Well what can I say. The rooms are small (typical for Europe?) you may need to walk backwards here and there to get out of a corner. Bed: jail cell bed, noisy spring, cheap construction. There is no shuttle service to this hotel. I would not recommend any reservation here...we were treated rudely when trying to get to the hotel and stayed elsewhere with no hope of reimbursement...wasted time finding out No Shuttle Service. More
