We were so pleased to have found this delightful guest house. When we arrived in pouring rain in the dark, Stuart met us with a large umbrella and helped us in with our bags. Julia was also so welcoming and when we went into our room it really was a haven with delightful furnishings and a very comfortable bed. The... More

We chose to stay at the Mellieha Guest House after reading all the brilliant reviews and we were not disappointed! As soon as we arrived Stuart helped us with our bags and Julia treated us to tea and delicious Welsh cakes. Our room was great and very clean, and we even had a sea view from our personal balcony. The... More

Stayed for the weekend with my siblings and our partners, occupying 3 rooms altogether. We were greeted on arrival by Stuart and Julia, the owners, and were made to feel immediately welcome. The guest house itself is immaculately presented. There are spectacular views of the local countryside and the sea. We were planning on visiting a local restaurant, and Julia... More

We have just returned home to the Midlands, after spending a fabulous 5 nights at the Mellieha Guest House which is set in beautiful surroundings. Julia and Stuart so very welcoming upon our arrival and throughout our stay. Julia was very informative on places to visit. The garden terrace room we occupied was spotlessly clean with exceptionally good quality bedding... More

My husband and I stayed here at the end of walking the Pembrokeshire Coast Path at the end of August and beginning of September 2011. Having walked about 200 miles we were ready for a rest. Julia and Stuart are among the most welcoming people we have met and Mellieha is the best B & B we have ever stayed... More

This was our last stop after spending 12 days walking the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. We were so touched and charmed to see the certificates our host had made congratulating us on completing our walk, which were waiting for us on the bed when we arrived at Mellieha! Believe me when I say we experienced the full range of B&B's that... More

Came here for a short minimoon before getting the ferry back from Pembroke. Can't say anything negative about our trip. Lovely tea and cake on arrival, absolutely fabulous breakfasts. Our room was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated; and although not huge had a cute little decked area with sea view. Stuart and Julia's customer service was second to none; with... More

It's all been said by others and having spent a very enjoyable week-end there we know it's all true. For us it was a double first, first time ever in a B&B and first time this far into Wales. Judging by this break it's been our loss on both fronts. We had typical UK August weather with a little sun,... More

A visit to the Mellieha is a must. After turning into the drive you just know this place has the Wow factor with its beautiful well tended gardens and spacious conservatory. The tables were elegantly set for breakfast. We were greeted by Stuart who carried our bags and showed us inside.Once inside we had a warm welcome from Julia, Stuarts... More
