Basic hotel and basic room. The room was quiet so I slept like a baby. There was a strange smell at the bathroom, but not the most unpleasant. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok, no surprises to good or bad, well maybe the fresh jams were a local tasty specialty.

Basic hotel..nothing fancy... but the staff was FRIENDLY... and helpful... My late arrvial wasn't a problem.. the other hotel in town told me they would just leave my key outside because the reception would be CLOSED!?

We stayed at this hotel twice, one night on the way to Oslo and one night on the way back. It's located in a very quite neighbourhood. The rooms are spacious and clean. There are all necessary amenities including the pressing board. The breakfast is hearty, delicious and with a local touch. It's a highly recommended hotel.
