We booked an apartment here because of nice pics on their web site and great reviews at Tripadvisor...But I knew that something was wrong the minute we arrived..
First of all, the hotel is placed virtually above a highway!!! This is as "non-Tuscan" as it gets.
The noise and air-polution make it impossible to use the pool and outside facilities....

Dear Lord,
when you book into a structure, in addition, to read the reviews on Tripadvisor, and see the photos on the website of the property ... .. and 'Read and important as "The General", so that, once arrived at, we can not create problems for the staff at the reception is happy to welcome guests with a smile.

we spend unforgettable week in toscana in this wonderful relais and we had great food and wine(chianti!!!!) in the local restaurant, everyone has been very kind with us and the service is unique, we love italian beef meat!!!! we had also the opportunity to visit siena and arezo and florence...will come back certainly!! ciao!!
