Dear co-travellers,
First time in my travel life (and it's quite big...) I face the following situation: I book on 29/9 through the web site [--] for the New Year period (1/1/08-5/1/08). Everything was OK, I received confirmation & I was relaxed. Suddenly, on 7/12 I receive an e-mail from the hotel that they cancel my reservation with the following reasoning: "We have a big problem with our personnal, so we can not carry out all the catering industry and tourist services." It is highly unprofessional, to cancel less than a month before & in a peak season with this reason!
Please be aware from such kind of hotels, this is the reason I am writing this review
