This is a nice place to stay if you're on business in Coalville. Walking distance or short drive to the High Street where there are restaurants, or a small restaurant in house. The rooms are well equipped and have comfortable beds. If on top floor - no lift. Do not bother with breakfast as it will have sat under the warming lamps for ever- and gone cool and congealed More

Attended a wedding here and stopped overnight. Reception and welcome was first class. Close to the town centre, easy to get to and parking is ample. Very impressed with the helpfullness of the staff, nothing was too much and were very accomodating for a single sex group More

Although this hotel looks like the "Crossroads Motel", don't be put off. Inside is light and airy, and the staff are very efficient and extremely friendly. Spotlessly clean, food good, but bathrooms are very small. Excellent for a 3* hotel. More
