Excellent location in the middle of the town and harbour. My room was spacious with nice views, good furniture and a standard bathroom with shower. The restaurant was not very exciting, we had both lunch, dinner and breakfast and none of these meals were worth remembering. Good bar/night-club which was very lively when we visited. More

We stayed one night at Laholmen and the only good thing about the hotel was the view and location of the place. Strömstad is not a place I would visit again, and if I had to - I would not stay at this hotel. The whole place is pretty worn down, it should have been rehabilitated a few years ago.... More

This hotel has a fantastic location with fjord views on three sides. We needed hotel in Stromstad at the beginning and end of our holiday. We enjoyed our stay and tried to book again but it was full. Eventually found accommodation for £40 which showed how expensive it was here! Nice beakfast, comfortable room with lovely view. Great bathroom/shower! More

Spent an weekend at this hotel in July. We had a room with tiny balcony on the upper floor in the annex. The room was very clean but small.
