Celebrated a family wedding here recently and was hugely impressed with this hotel. Great food, lovely atmosphere and excellent service from the excellent staff. The beer was good too -three well kept real ales. It's an informal place with lots of character. It all made a special day very special! The room we had was spacious and clean and a... More

Been a few times and this place gets better and better. Hotel improvements are ongoing but not intrusive at all. Each time I go there is always something new, or updated. Harefest was ace. Good bands, real ale food a plenty. I would highly recommend this place for a breakaway. Cannot wait to go back.

I was at Harefeild for the Easter weekend "Harefest". I thoroughly enjoyed myself. The venue was lovely, fabulous entertainment and atmosphere. All the staff were extremely happy and helpful and there was a obviously great working relationship between them and management. The food I ate was delicious & well priced! Looking forward to returning for "Scarefest"

When i arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the hotel owner and shown to my room which overlooked the valley. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced. During our stay of live music and fantastic guest ales we got to know the owners and the amount of work they spent getting the hotel ready for harefest. Looking forward to... More

Can't believe it's been a year since the last Harefest. Fantastic beer and acoustic music Festival practically on my doorstep. Great beer and music, over three days this time, with affordable real ales (less than £3 a pint), standard bar prices for everything else and affordable, quality food. A great mixture of bands from local outfits to legends of the... More

I first stayed at Harefield three years ago, and have been back 4 more times since. The location is ideal, and the hotel is tucked away in the valley. The grounds are incredible, although I'm aware they are still being restored. Every member of staff is friendly, courteous and nothing is ever a problem. The food is gorgeous - my... More
