I was lucky to get a room with AC, while my colleagues did not. Rooms were sparse but adequate; certainly nothing fancy. Bathrooms were small with stall showers. Internet access wasn't available while we were there. Beds have mosquito nets. Restaurant was convenient but food wasn't anything special. Free breakfast was good though; made-to-order omelettes were available.

Lillian Towers is frequented by Westerners doing work/traveling through the region. It is clean, has a/c & mosquito nets in the rooms, two computers for internet use (don't count on getting on however, it was down for the three days we were there). A great stay!

I was recently in Lira, Uganda on a business trip and stayed at Lillian Guest Towers, a sweet little hotel downtown. Rooms were clean and spacious. Hot, running water. Large bed with mosquito net. Decent internet access on computers in the lobby. Good service and pretty decent breakfast selection (eggs to order, fried potatoes, fruit).
