The Safrane seemed the best choice in Taliouine. There is a terrace where you can sit and watch the sun go down as you gaze upon the mountains across the valley. If there is a breeeze you can move into the large colourful pavilion a la marocaine. Everything was still, quiet and peaceful.

We were on route to Merzouga and we had to stop to sleep somewhere... well, we read in our travelguide that this hotel was so comfortable, clean and cheap. All these questions were true but the surprise was when we went to sleep because all the hotel's crew started playing drums, guitars and singing traditional music for some other customers...
