We were very pleased and greatful that the staffs reserved the dinner fou us which they could waived as of our delay. We are so regret and appreciate for their services. Furthermore,... More

The location of the ryokan was quite near to the railway station but far enough from the noise of the train. The scenery we could see from our room was exactly what we wanted... More

Having dinner and breakfast in room was a great experience. The private onsen was... More

Luckily the hotel staff was very considerate and they greeted us warmly once our car... More

Arrived at Gero by train and was greeted at the station by Ben and driven to Fugako. Very good check in experience with helpful suggestions on what we should do while in Gero. Our first stay in a ryokan so we were looking forward to it. The room was large and the staff were wonderful. The dinner and breakfast served... More
