We stayed at Hanare no yado Tsuki no akari which is part of Gero Roya Hotel, with the rate of over 37000yen/person/night. No direct confirmation email from the ryokan when we booked. They did rang a few days before our stay but they didn't leave a message when we were away, so we had to figure out the missed call...
