The staff were not overly helpful, nor was their English very good - it felt like they were Uni students just trying to earn some money, and not necessarily provide good service! The hotel seems a bit out of the way, it’s in a quiet residential area but it has good transport links. It takes just over hour (on the train) to get into the centre of Paris, so if you don't like travelling much, it may be better to say closer to town. The hotel is very close to Disneyland Paris... Good location, near RER and Auchen, near a big shopping mall, Staff is polite (help to photocopy my family passport), kitchen utensil available. Negative side is the given room is really small for studio type, cover protection in shower is not good design, water always spilt out. More
