i had been to Shimla and sangla kalpa tour along with my friends . We all were 6 persons and while coming to shimla from kalpa we stayed in heaven blue. It is very very good hotel not much costly but the view from the room balcony is very very good . the room furnichare and bathroom every thing is... More
