I wonder where do they get the star rating from? The corridors with cheap linoleum look like a hospital - and a noisy one for that matter, as every step can be heard in your room too. Much hyped hotel which failed to impress. Rooms bland and unremarkable, no aircon and too hot; bathroom dated. Hallway like a hospital. Scrum down at breakfast for a wide choice but generally bland fare. However, comfortable beds, v plush lobby and not too far to walk into lovely Naantali. more

The website doesn't give too much info on the Family Hotel, just that it consists of apartments with kitchens, ensuite bathroom, etc. An apartment at the Family Hotel is half the price of a room at the Spa... more

We spent two days and absolutely loved it. The yacht is a wonderful idea and the rooms are really spacious (even had a sofa bed too for our kids). They had several (6 or 7) really nice restaurant and the local town is a pictureque little holiday destionation on it's own. 2 days wasn't enough to see it all though... more
