Maybe because of the location everything is crammed. The staff certainly needs professionalism. The room service is very bad. The food is prohibitively expensive. Quality of food is not that good. Beach is far off. Even though the rooms were moderately clean, the corridors can be maintained in a better way. More

This is one of the decent hotel in the area. It is close enough to a market, but not very close to ocean. Staffs are not so professional like, but they try their best to take care of the guests. located very near to payyambalam beach, its a nice hotel. with good rooms. though you may not like the food quality much in the resturant especially if you are a vegetarian. stafff is courteous and hospitality is good. rooms are clean and hyigenic. it has all the amenities of gym, spa and kerala massages. overall a pleasant stay.
