“Right hotel in a not so bright area”

KK residency was a hotel that is located in Payyanur, Kannur District. It is roughly 40 Kms from Kannur town - towards Kasargode. KK residency is actually a very good hotel located in an absurd area. The Town of payyanur never did require a business class hotel in the first place, and KK residency should have been located nearer to Kannur main town.
The approach to the hotel is a bit difficult to spot, with a small by way leading to the main gate. The parking can be deemed sufficient - considering that the hotel is not occupied to the maximum at any given time. The one thing that families might find a put off - is the location of the Bar on the ground floor, and one can occasionally see scuffles or our 'high' brethren making their way out from the bar to the gate - hilarious but not something you would want the kids to see. The lobby is Ok in the strictest sense, the staff is helpful. The restaurants used to be well furnished initially, and now a bit of neglect is evident. The... More
