We visited the pub for a meal. The service was welcoming, even though there was a wedding reception being held in the adjacent room. One of our meals was served cold. Unfortunately we did not check the bill until we got home, and noticed that we had been charged for an extra wine that was not ordered. More

We stayed here as a convenient stop for a family wedding and were delighted. Excellent welcome- obliging and helpful. The pub itself is full of nooks, old beams and comfortable chairs. Pub lunch was simple but delicious (roast beef baguette) and our room was charming. Thoroughly recommended. More
