The rooms were starting to need attention. The internal woodwork was badly scratched, the external wood on the balcony was rotting. This was supposed to be a place to relax, but there was nowhere to sit outside except by the pool which wasn't big enough for the number of people there. The air conditioning in the room was incredibly noisy.
