I have been to this hotel more than 30 times. Whenever I go to Kushinagar, I always ask for this hotel. The location of the hotel is great ,peaceful & clean.The staff is prompt & ready to assist the guests in every way they can.They are ready 24 hrs.Hotel has a renovated brand new restaurant serving, India, chinese, continental food.... The hotel is well appointed with very well trained staff. The room was spacious & clean & everything worked. The restaurant was as good as one might expect in such a location. Do not take credit cards. More

Not many hotels in this area. Building is not modern, but acceptable according to local conditions. Spacious rooms with a noisy window airconditioner. Staff were freindly & helpful. Rooms did not have hot water. When asked ,staff provided us with a bucket of hot water ( apperantly, hot water system was out of order). Power outage is very common in... More
