This resort seriously requires refurbishment,
however if renovated the original plan, the house boat accomodating the office, the open spaces, swimming pool etc should be kept intact.
The rooms have to be totally demolished as renovation wont help, the construction material used could not resist the humid climate of Goa.
In short an Efficient Management should take-over and this place...
